Customers with units to walk-up apartments (more than 2 flights of stairs) without direct access to lifts, will have the option (via phone call / WhatsApp prior to delivery date) to either pick-up the order at the building lobby / carpark or pay an additional $5 for heavy / bulky items that have to be carried upstairs (depending on weight or volume of bulky item).

For customers who opt to have their items left at / near their unit with no one home to receive the package, a photograph of the bags deposited at their requested locations will be provided via WhatsApp. Little Heroes is not liable for missing or damaged items should this option be exercised.

Customers who are home to receive the delivery bags will first check the items to ensure all items are in order without missing or damaged items. Upon receiving of goods, all goods are deemed to have been delivered in good and satisfactory condition.

​

Should the customer not be home to receive the delivery as scheduled, a re-delivery fee of $8 applies ($8.50 for Sentosa / Changi). This is exempted for orders requested to be placed at the doorstep.

​

All deliveries require a 3-5 operational day turnaround, and orders should be placed via WhatsApp. West area deliveries are scheduled to be delivered on the 1st or 2nd of every month, excluding Public Holidays and rest days (adjusted +/- 2 days).

​

Customers are advised to place orders for food supplies prior to low quantities to avoid depletion of supplies for feeding of pets.

(Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, and areas within 1km of these areas)

3. Central: $6.00, minimum order $50
(Bishan, Redhill, River Valley, Tiong Bahru, Toa Payoh, Queenstown, Orchard Road and other CBD areas - ERP charges are applicable if any)

4. North & East: $6.50, minimum order $60
(Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Eunos, Hougang, Paya Lebar, Punggol, Seletar, Sembawang, Seng Kang, Serangoon, Woodlands, Yio Chu Kang, Yishun)
